We've used Roto Rooter twice in the last 4 months-once for sewer services & other time for plumbing. Both were great experiences. I received prompt service after calling ... for service with techs who were professional & skilled. Arrived on time, gave me an estimate before doing the work & were efficient in getting the service done with minimal mess. I would highly recommend this great company!

Could not have called a better company to take care of the problem! We called due to water in our basement. Technician arrived at our convenience, took a look at ... the problem and assured us it would be taken care of in minutes! And he did! Very knowledgeable, professional and honest! Great service! My tech Jeff was absolutely fabulous. When it seems like the drain or pipe could not be fixed Jeff said he had to think about how to put it together ... but then 10 minutes have you decided on a solution and came back and fix the pipe. Very passionate about his work.

Technician Joeff...sp? was amazing, my wife had dropped her ring in the toilet and flushed it!! The technician told me there was a slim to none chance of recovery. He ... put the camera down the pipe and there it was, about 20' in! He then snaked to the ring and slowly was able to recover the ring It took 3 hours but he was persistent and NEVER gave up!

Kevin - tech # 0637 was polite and very informative. Before he started he explained to me the different scenarios it could be and how it became this way. ... He explained to me what he was going to do before starting. He showed me how the vent pipe had sludge in it which should not be. I don't give reviews very often but Kevin is an asset to your company. I am older and a single woman I was hesitant being over sold or talked down to. This did not happen at all. Kevin was a gentleman and again an asset to your company. Thank you Kevin.

My pipe was clogged on a Saturday. I called Roto-Rooter and they came to my house within two hours. Jeff was very professional. He diagnosed the problem ... and had the pipe snaked within an hour. I would use this service again.

The plumber unplugged main bathroom sink much to my satisfaction.

The plumber was very efficient with diagnosing the problem when it wasn't present directly in the bathroom sink, he went to the basement and cleaned out the pipes from there. ... I was very please with his work. he kept the work areas clean and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed.

The service I received on my clogged up floor drain was excellent! The plumber was efficient, polite and thorough. He had my problem fixed in no ... time and was pleased to help me even though it was a Sunday.

I have used Roto Rooter in the past and have had a good experience with them. When I was having another plumbing issue I called them up again due to ... my past experience with them. Derek was my service person and I also had him last time. He is very polite, friendly, and explains the issues and what is going to be done to correct it. I am glad I had him again. It was good to see a familiar face and I was confident in his work from last time so I knew I was in good hands. They were timely and professional. I would use them again in the future and have actually recommended them to others.

The man showed up first thing in the morning. Knew exactly what was wrong, gave us a quote. He asked for towels, cleaned up the mess and was ... done in less than 30 minutes.
