My home is an older house, ... and Adam took the time to carefully explain the issues, the services I truly needed, and the best long-term solutions for my plumbing system. What really stood out was Adam’s work ethic and attention to detail and he didn’t cut any corners and made sure the job was done right. He worked hard from start to finish and treated my home with great care. On top of that, he was kind and respectful to my entire family, which really meant a lot. It’s rare these days to find someone so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated to doing quality work. I called for sewage overflow in my bathroom mid evening.. Robert arrived 11:35 pm and worked until very late, finding innovative solutions to free up the drain pipes. I was ... most impressed - and obviously relieved to have the problem fixed! Hats off to you. Robert !

I just wanted to highlight again how fantastic our experience was. Plumbing issues are stressful. This was our first time with Roto-Rooter after having some not-great experiences with other services. ... Our A+ service started even before the visit: Scheduling was easy; every time I talked to someone on the phone, they were very kind and patient; and the app was helpful. Things kept on a high note when our plumbers arrived. They immediately diagnosed our problem, explained their process, and were totally transparent at every step of the way--they even took the time to talk us through and show us what they were doing, so that we knew the purpose of the process and how to avoid similar problems in the future. On top of that, these guys were just incredibly kind and professional. I wish I could remember their names, but they are truly some of the best people my husband and I have had the pleasure to meet. After our service, we were so impressed, we went ahead and requested an additional quote for work we hope to do down the line. We're definitely going with Roto-Rooter for that big project (replacing all our galvanized pipe with pex).

On January 21, 2024, a kind gentleman, Josh Gilman # 9278, quickly responded to my call to ROTO-Rooter. I had a clogged atrium drain and 5 days of hard ... rain were forecasted starting that evening. Josh made an honest effort to diagnose my problem and create a solution. Josh educated me about where the atrium drains outside my home. For almost 60 years, I thought it drained into the city’s storm drain, but it actually drains into the street through a hole in the curb. I appreciate Josh patiently taking the time and effort to help me understand this. Josh then removed long strands of roots and lots of earth that had accumulated and checked the drain again after successfully completing the clearing. Josh was pleasant and kind the whole time. I have had some health problems and have almost died 3 times. I try to save money whenever I can due to medical bills. I appreciate Josh giving me a discount. If I ever need service again, I will ask for Josh. I have given several of my neighbors Josh’s information, so they can have a great experience. I hope Josh can be rewarded for his honesty, kindness, and willingness to do the hard work to diagnose and solve my Atrium drain problem, and giving me peace of mind when it rains. Thanks, Steve

George went about his work with care ... and diligence in regards to the home. He double-checked associated lines and confirmed all working 100% before departing us.
