Marc (#57-2112) was great at every point throughout our service we needed help with. Communicated very well, was very knowledgeable, and was very friendly. He fixed our issue very quickly ... and efficiently. He even continued to take on and off the boot covers after we had said it wasn't necessary, just to maintain his excellent work habits and company policy. Was very impressed overall and would very highly recommend Marc to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

Matt came to check a slow draining ‘Pittsburgh Potty’ which is off the pool level, so it get’s many visitors over the years. Matt discovered a deep clog of wipes ... and other items, which took some time to clear. Thanks, Matt! Come have a swim.

My service man was Germaine Anderson.he gave me estimates for different options and help me with my choice of a new toilet he got it installed it remove old ... one and left bathroom clean. He was polite and respectful and calming as I was under stress during this bathroom emergency, Please let him know that he was appreciated.

Bikash was so kind and friendly. He explained everything that could possibly be wrong with my toilet and what actions we could take to fix it. He was able to ... fix my toilet quickly. Which we were thankful for because it’s my son’s 6th birthday and we weren’t expecting to have plumbing issues arise today. I would recommend bikash to everyone!!

Highly recommend Bikash. He explained in clear details what work needed to be done and gave me a flat fee for the work. Noticed my water pressure was not set ... correctly and corrected that. He cleaned up after the work he did. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

our hot water tank starting leaking Friday I went out purchased one know a friend would assit me to install when I found out he was away for the weekend ... I called Roto- Rooter and within 2 hours a tech arrived!

Qwayne was wonderful and so helpful to me today. He and the trainee he had with him were very kind, considerate and helpful. They made my day, were quick, efficient ... and left everything better than they found it. Qwayne also provided great recommendations for me to take the best care of my drains. Just wanted to send my appreciation to them today!

I called R in Pittsburgh with a water heater problem. Tom took my information and said he would send a repairman as soon as he could.

Scott arrived at out house although the service call had been cancelled. He was very professional and answered our questions with knowledge and expertise.

When I accessed this site, I noticed that there were coupons and a senior citizen discount available. Were they included in the charges for both visits? Regarding the work--I ... was very pleased with the work that Chase did. He was polite, listened to my concerns, and was very adept in his skill.

We recently moved into a new home and immediately started experiencing issues with our water heater, which we were told was brand new and newly installed. When it began leaking, ... I contacted Roto-Rooter to have someone come check it out. They sent Troy (Emp #9331) who quickly gave us the bad news that it'd need to be replaced because it wasn't installed correctly by the seller's contractor. However, while this news was unfortunate, our experience with Troy was anything but. He advised that because the water heater was new, it may still be under a manufacturer's warranty. So, we contacted the manufacturer and were told that they could replace the leaking water heater with a brand new one if we took it to our nearest Home Depot. However, not knowing anything about water heaters and how to properly uninstall them, I did not want to drain/uninstall this one for fear that I'd cause more damage to my plumbing. Thankfully, Troy volunteered to uninstall the water heater, take it to Home Depot, return it, and pick up the new one himself. In addition to installing the new one, he also made some other minor repairs to the plumbing lines in our basement. He even fixed a wobbly step at the bottom of our basement stairs! He was very friendly and sympathetic throughout the entire process and displayed a solid knowledge of all things plumbing. In the end, the installation for the new water heater looked far more professional than the old installation. I couldn't recommend Troy more.

Brian I. & Joseph Boneysteele arrived within 2 hours of our toilet/ sewage leak, on a Saturday. We had an excellent experience during a very unfortunate circumstance. Joe assisted us ... in all of the steps for the mitigation/ clean up process and even assisted in submitting the claim to our home owner’s insurance. Absolutely excellent.
