Service tech was personable & did a good job

The service technician was highly skilled and was able to clear the drain relatively easy due to his many years of experience and knowledge. This same drain was attempted to ... be cleaned by another company about 60 days ago and they obviously only barely cleaned the pipe as their rotor only got to the first turn in the pipe, Rudy ${esc.hash} 1015 made sure he cleaned the kitchen drain pipe all the way to the larger pipe located about 20 feet away. I would recommend this company for any drain cleaning application and especially with Rudy doing the work. Great service and great job, also guaranteed for six months. Great value and service. On a Saturday afternoon, I had the restoration team lead was on site within 45 minutes of the initial call. The team came in and explained how they would ... approach the leak issue, and the restoration team was on site within an hour to get things rolling. Mark, my restoration team lead, helped place the call to my State Farm Claims Dept. to get the ball rolling. Chris and Mason were awesome and tidy in containing the area and demoing to find the leak.. and Ben, my resident plumber was thorough and responsive. Communication was awesome and appreciate their professionalism and customer experience expertise. Nice to know I have a great team of plumbing experts I can count on when needed.

Very excellent service. Will use them again. This service was for a water leak and clamping off old water softener. Insurance did resolve an issue and Router Rooter ... stepped up and did resolve the issue in a very timely manner. Restoration Team of Chris and Mason hands down the best on call crew I have ever witnessed. Polite, professional and timely in getting house taken care of for reconstruction. They guarantee their work and service which I took to be very professional. All in all best plumbing service and restoration service. Hopefully will not have to have restoration service again, but will call for plumbing service again when needed.

We were impressed right from the first phone call. They were quick to get us help and, called twice to let us know where our tech was and when he ... would arrive. The tech Andrew was so knowledgeable about drains and our plumbing issues. We actually learned a lot about our home since we haven’t been here long. We even found out we are on a septic tank not city sewer! Good to know for sure! Eddie unclogged our sink, which had caused an overflow from the dishwasher onto all of our flooring, drywall,cabinets and into the living room. Chris Ditchley then took over by helping me place an insurance claim which was way easier than we imagined! He did all the talking and it helped out so much since we have never done this before. Our restoration guy Tony was so friendly. He worked hard for 6 hours making sure he got every single thing taken out and hauled away that he needed to. I could not be happier with the service we received from every single person at this company. I’m not sure how they do it but they make it seamless and stress free. Whoever does their hiring does a phenomenal job! We will be RR customers for life... no matter where will live or what house we are in.

Andy answered all my questions and gave me valuable ... information on how the whole process works with the restoration and insurance company. Robert did a fantastic job! He explained everything up front, was very careful removing and replacing items under the sink, and after everything was working again made sure everything was ... clean and I was a happy customer. The technician arrived quickly on the same I called to unclog our main sewer drain. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

The plumber was great but I didn't appreciate the 2 other guys that claimed to be "field supervisors" that tried to hard sell me on $1,000 of remediation services for ... a minor shower leak then came back 5 minutes later and amazingly got approval to do it for $750. I didn't ask for anything other than a plumber to fix the leak. I've always had good luck with your plumbers but I may think twice before using you again because this experience leaves a bad taste. I'm in outside sales and Friday was not the time to try and hard sell me on additional services when all I asked for was a plumber.

Great service from beginning to end. Was able to schedule the service call on line. My service agent showed up on time and was professional and curtious. Diagnosed ... the issue and told me what the charge would be. Once approved, the problem was fixed, and he was on his way. I coul be more pleased. Thank you for making this so easy!

I was worried that my water heater had went out. I called my local Roto-rooter, and a technician was at my house within the hour! She assessed the problem, and ... luckily it was only a fuse. She was very helpful, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable about my particular unit. I was again impressed after the bill only came to $75! I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs. I have a wife and 4yr old that were not going to take another cold shower! Thanks for making me look like the hero!
