The Plumber, water remediation team and the waste pick up team were punctual, respectful, clean working, thorough and friendly. The only problem I found was that I was told some ... one would come out to check on the numerous industrial fans drying the water effected areas, daily. After 2/12 days no one has checked on the fans and no one has called. These fans run 24 hours and the noise level is driving me crazy.

The service that I received from Roto-Rooter was beyond exceptional. The service technician, Pat, was not only extremely knowledgeable, but one of the friendliest people I have ever met. ... I was very anxious prior to the technician arriving because of the amount of work that was involved, but Pat explained everything that he had to do and why he was doing it. He took the time to show every step of the job that he was working on. He took his time and it was evident that he wanted to make sure that the job was done right not fast. I definitely appreciated that. I will look to use Roto Rooter for every plumbing project that I need to have done in the future.

We scheduled service for our restaurant. Isaac (technician ${esc.hash} 1533) arrived on time, was very pleasant, and professional. He asked what time we usually open, and when he was done ... with the first job he realized it was after opening time. He then rescheduled to do the second job the following day so that we could turn the water back on and open. I have received service from roto rooter many times before here and Isaac was definitely the best plumber that has come out for a job here. Thank You!
