The clean up team were professional and did a good job in cleaning and sanitizing the basement. The camera man was reassuring and explained the whole process and options for repairs. The excavating team was quick and careful to do a safe and thorough job. The haul away crew were fast and made sure every thing was picked up. Halun had expressed great knowledge concerning the clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He stated that over many years drains tend to become ... clogged due to grease exposure and how I can minimize the problem for future reference.

We've been charged $762 taxes for 30 min work and the problem was not fixed (not even close). There was an attempt to unclog a 10 feet outdoor pipe with ... no success. The "technician" offered an alternative service to dig a separate channel for $4,740.49. Overall $762 for 30 minutes work and no results or serious attempt I think the all service is a scam and ready to report to the better business bureau
