We are beyond pleased with his service and he will be the one and only person who will address any and all problems we may encountered....Just remarkable and he made a difference... My husband and I are now Roto Rooter fans! All is well.

What I thought was a simple problem, turned out to be quite complicated. When this happens, I'm always a bit skeptical. But Josue could not have been more ... competent, professional, and communicative! He approached the problem with a clear and reasonable troubleshooting technique, and clearly explained every step through the process. He got help where necessary, worked hard, and left everything clean and MUCH better than he found it, not to mention fixing the problem. I soon came to trust him and his judgement, and was proven right. Even with all the problems that arose, the final bill remained true to his initial quote. I could not be more satisfied with ARS and Josue, and would recommend them to my best friend.

Plumber was the type of person On Sight that is very approachable and likable! He derives from the Far West interior with manners to match! I showed him ... problem with commode. He quickly diagnosed what to do and showed me. When he finished, he showed me the new works and it flushed properly. You have a Jewel of of an employee. I am usually interested in backgrounds. No waste of time. I now know that you all an be reached at any time of day and night! Very efficient and left for next customer.
