Suzanne J.I had a floor drain in my laundry room that keep overflowing when I ran water in my kitchen sink. The service tech came and explain that my pipes had a ... grease buildup in it. He explain that he would run a snake in the drain and if he could not unclog it, it would be no charge. He ran the snake for about 15 minute and the drain was clean out. My wife was very happy that is was no longer overflowing on the floor. The service tech was very friendly and professional. Yes I would use them again.
I'm writing this letter regarding the work that had to been done regarding my sewer line. When this job first started I thought we had a slow drain that was ... causing the problem that when my washer drained my toilet bubble/guggled. Simply problem right....OH no, nothing is simple. Long story made short the sewer line had to be replaced.....problem....big tree sits right where the sewer line runs. Solution, re-route the sewer line around the tree. Everyone who worked on this project from the first serviceman that snaked the drain . Dusty doing the water blasting and Johathan Briere, field supervisor and the crew from G.E.S. Brandon and David, were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The guys had to dig the yard up twice but that's ok I was impressed with how well the final grade looked. I just hope no one took offense to me supervising from my front porch. I explained to the guys that I use to do construction work and and find all this fascinating. I would highly recommended Roto Rooter to family and friends who need this type of work done and hopefully they would get the same crew to do the job, Happy satisfied customer...but my wallet is lighter....guess my hip won't hurt any more (LOL)
