I had a visit from your plumber Dallas on 8-16-15 due to a backed up drain in my basement. (I'm only doing this review so late because I never ... got a follow-up from Roto Rooter asking for my review of his services.) Anyway, he just did a great job. He was not only very knowledgeable about the tree root problem I have, but friendly and informative as well. So far, no more problems. Overall, I was very pleased with Dallas and his work.

We are very pleased with the quick service & professionalism Paul displayed while providing a service. Our drain was clogged on a holiday weekend and he was at our house ... within an hour of calling. The man who answered the phone assured us this would be nothing but a memory tomorrow, which was a relief to hear. We will never use anyone else - call Roto-Rooter first!
