I had a seriously clogged toilet and washer line. The office was very responsive and tried to get a technician out right away. The technician who arrived was ... polite and efficient. He unclogged the lines quickly and tested the lines to make sure they were completely clear. It was a pleasure working with the technician and the company!

My Original guy Steve who came out and recommended that I replace a pipe was great, then I had to deal with someone else after I scheduled the replace of ... the pipe who charged me and only band aided it. I finally was able to get Steve back here after a month of going back and forth and this guy went over and beyond to make everything right for me. He is a stand up guy and in my opinion deserves a raise.

I wanted to commend RotoRooter specifically Aaron the man sent to help us with our plumbing problem.(Toilet) He came on time, was very careful to close our door firmly each ... time he went in and out to his truck. I commented that most people aren't so considerate and he said he saw we have a small dog and wanted to be sure she didn't get out! I've had friends that can't seem to get that right even after telling them to keep the door shut! He was professional, Gave us great service and information. He was a company man and seemed proud of his job and the people he worked for Not so common these days!

The man who came out to unplug my main line drain was very nice and patient. It was dark out and he had to open up our septic tank lid ... to clear the clog. He also told us that we needed 3 ft of pipe replaced.

The technician was great. Now that the corporate office has taken over, I’ve had the worst customer service trying to schedule an appointment. I was told dispatching would call me ... back with an appointment. After 1 1/2 hrs I called back and still could not get an appointment time. I could hear another customer service tech in the background cussing up a storm- talking about someone saying they could get the same service for $100.00- Again, the tech who came to the property was great!!

For years I have used the services of the Santa Cruz Roto-Rooter, for both drains and plumbing repairs, and I highly recommend them.
