I always call Roto Rooter because they show up quickly and get the job done right. Had a backup in my laundry room line which was causing water backup in ... my laundry area. Roto Rooter came out at 8pm and had everything cleared in less than one hour. Plumber who showed up was very friendly and got the job done in no time. Since the charge is the same at anytime of the day or night, I don't hesitate to call Roto Rooter for fear of any extra charges, etc.

Our experience with Roto Rooter throughout the last 6 years has been super. All but one of the service associates was professional, careful, and very helpful.. Alex Galindo came today ... and was so nice and helpful. He was efficient, timely, and did everything that could be done for our root infestation that caused a plumbing block. He described what was needed, took care of the problem in a timely fashion and was super nice. I won't use any other service besides Roto Rooter anymore. Thank you for your good job and excellent service reps!!

Great but the estimate of future work went from $6000 to $8000 and up and up until it reached &19,700.

Just needed a line snaked. The Roto-Router man cleared the line quickly and left the site clean. He was also very friendly and polite. Very satisfied!!
