Always use Tito rooter and can definitely rely on there servicesMarina G.
John scoped our sewer system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process in detail and made some recommendations which we are in the process of adopting. ... Thanks.
I have an above ground basement, with a rather tired sump pump. I wanted to make sure that I had my new sump pump set up., in light of the ... coming storms. I called in the morning and they showed up in the afternoon. I had the new sump pump, which the technician then bought the necessary parts for. While he was installing the parts I learned that the nipple threads into the pump, a reducer threads on to the nipple and the hose connector threads into the reducer. I now have my newly installed, and tested, sump pump in service. The old work horse can be a back up as needed. Roto Rooter is my go-to provider for anything related to my main plumbing and basement. I have never been disappointed and always impressed with their professionalism. Thank you!
