I'm a big believer in good customer service and it's rare these days. I called your office around 10:30 because of a clogged drain. spoke with Rosie and ... she was, courteous and helpful She said that Mike would be there around 1:30. Based on experience with some other service companies i was figuring around 3:00. At around 12 I got a call from someone else saying Mike was on the way and he was there at 12:30! i was impressed. he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well. i know i probably was lucky that maybe he wasn't so busy today but i was impressed with the attitude of everyone that i spoke with at Rotor Rooter. Good job!!

Did good work cleaning 3 drains. charge of $250. I thought was high but it was prompt service
