Ken did everything he could to fix my pipe, he then told me the pipe needed to be replaced an he made some calls to get me help.

Experienced a main backup in my residence late at night. Contacted root rooter at 830 am the following morning on Labor Day and has a response to my home within ... the hour. Tom was very thorough and professional and had my issue resolved within an hour. Very annoyed to very satisfied... we originally had appt scheduled between 2-4 on September 2nd the service technician arrived at 7 pm 3 HOURS PAST THE WINDOW he spent three ... more hours at our house attempting to clear out bathtub drain Keino was very nice but I must say it was apparent he was inexperienced.. TODAY .., Jay showed up on time and very professional and nice.... he worked very hard and was successful in clearing our drain he explained to me how to prevent this in the future and was very helpful. Thank God ! Jay was awesome !

Toilets wouldn't flush today and the tech fixed our problem

My main drain was clogged and had water backing up into my shower. Called Roto-Rooter which promptly responded. The Tech was very courteous and although it was raining, it ... didn't slow him down in not only clearing the drain, but finding out what caused the problem in the first place.

Service was fast and he was polite.

Great and efficient plumbing service was provided. I was also given a welcomed education on "what not" to put down the garbage disposal.

First Class service from Service Technician Artie (#2180). We had a waste line backup that ended up in both a bathtub and a shower. Artie thoroughly diagnosed the problem ... and offered several options; these least of which was to probe for the long buried cleanout on the side of my house. He removed the clog and he put the camera in to ensure that the pipes had been fully cleared and flushed; he then offered several suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. Artie's friendly demeanor, his superior knowledge of his trade and his professionalism are the reasons I will recommend Roto Rooter and why I will call back for future service.
