OMG, Of course the night before Thanksgiving our only working bathroom (we are in the middle of a remodel of the other bathroom) and expecting family over, our drains are ... all plugged, (toilet, shower, washing machine, dishwasher were all plugged). We needed up calling and had the absolute best person come fix our issues and made the entire holiday and weekend the best....Jay Poor provided our service and can completely recommend if anyone ever needs assistance.

My mother had water damage in her basement. Chris Torbeck did a fantastic job cleaning up the damage and drying out my mom's basement. He was very conscientious ... in his work. He and his teammate, Ed, removed all of the damaged items, which was huge! Next they removed the 30 year old carpet and had to go the extra mile to remove the glue off the floor. Then they brought in many air movers and air scrubbers and secured the undamaged items. Chris's positive attitude really impressed me. He explained the whole process and came every evening for 5 days to check readings. My mom's basement has never been drier! I cannot say enough about Chris's caring and expertise in the whole process. Thank you so much, Chris!

Corey Posey helped me with the water damage restoration process in my basement. Corey coordinated the clean up and drying out process. He really reassured me about how my ... insurance company would work with Roto Rooter. Then Chris Torbeck took over the process of hauling out all of the items in my basement that were damaged. Believe me, there were A LOT of items. Chris and his teammate, Ed, removed the carpet scraped off 30 year old carpet glue and got all of the air movers and scrubbers hooked up. Chris went the extra mile to make sure that the existing undamaged items in the basement were protected during the drying process. Chris took extra care to make sure that the cords were secure and not a tripping hazard for me. Chris came every evening for 5 evenings to check the readings and reassure me that all was working out. Chris is so gracious and kind and really helped me feel less stressed about everything that was happening. Chris always had a smile on his face no matter how long of a work day he had put in! He explained what the air movers and air scrubbers were doing and what the measurement numbers meant. I am so pleased with the dryness of the basement. I have always kept a dehumidifier running down in the basement and it has not turned on yet since Chris and his team finished their restoration! That's a job well done. I can't say enough about the terrific job that Chris did. Chris has the greatest work ethic and caring for others that is something you do not see in many people these days. I am so thankful for Chris and his team. They went above and beyond in restoring the water damage in my basement.

I had water damage from a busted pipe that had frozen. Trent Messer did a fantastic job explaining how the restoration process worked. Trent also helped me file ... a claim with my insurance company and assured me that he would help me through the whole process. Trent was very thorough and understanding to my situation. He was a lifesaver when it came to answering my questions, whatever the hour, and getting the restoration process started quickly.

Brad Haskett has been a Godsend for me. He supervised the installation of a sleeve for my sewer line back in August 2021. He was very professional and ... so qualified. Then just recently Brad fixed a busted pipe that connected to an outside faucet in the basment. He also installed another outside faucet. Another big job was to replace an old, rusted basement drain. Brad is someone who has really helped me to take care of keeping my basement dry forevermore!
