Wayne tech#3112 came when no other plumber would come out. I called three other plumbing company before calling Roto Rooter. Wayne got here in about 20 minutes and it was ... around 2:00 am He was very friendly answered all my questions and even managed to make me smile in this bad plumbing situation. I really appreciate Roto Rooter and Wayne. Wayne is a really nice guy.

Because he was able to complete the work in less than the "book" time, he was able to deduct a significant amount from the total due. We will call Roto-Rooter again in the future, and if John Armour is available we will be happy to see him. If not, then we would hope to have our service done by some one as professional as John.

The plumber David Guin (tech 2379) came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon (9.13.15) to clear a clogged drain that had suddenly appeared before our big birthday party! ... We were expecting 30 people at the house for the party. David showed up early and was such a pleasure to work with, very professional and funny! He did the work in a timely manner including clearing the clogged drain and he was the hero of the party! I want to thank Roto Rooter and David for being so professional and such a pleasure to work with! Thanks guys!!!!

On August 9, Junior Saunders came to my home after business hours when I called about a leaking hot water heater. The hot water heater could not be saved. ... The next morning Junior returned with an assistant and a new heater that would make life better for me. Junior was very informative and courtious throughout the process. I only have positive feelings and comments on the service I received.

I have used Roto-Rooter on about four other occasions. However, this was one of my best experiences. John, the technician, was able to fix my toilet and confirm ... my main sewage line was clear in a very efficient manner!
