Next day service for a non emergency problem. The perimeter drain plugged and the basement flooded. The flooding was dealt with by my contractor but the drain needed attention. Chris ... Bergen was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He scoped the whole drain system and had the offending roots removed in short order. He recommended preventive maintenance and provided a schedule that seemed reasonable. Thank you for your help.
