Randy Metz came out to my house and what I thought was my hot water tank, told me what was going on. It was condensation leaking. He told me to ... contact my A/C company.

The day we found out that we had a small gas leak from an old valve hooked up to our furnace, I tried calling every place I could think of ... to get it fixed immediately so we could have heat again. Roto-Rooter was the only place that could come out that day. He showed up within a half hour gave a quote but told us to give him a minute to see if he could do it cheaper. He came back into the house and informed us that he could make it $75 cheaper and do the work that day. In less than an hour our heat was turned back and I couldn't be happier!

AJ arrived in less than 30 minutes from my call. He assessed the situation and provided me with a best case and worst case scenario estimates. He tried ... the best case first and that solved the problem. he was efficient and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the necessary tools to fix it. A very good job. Are utility sink was running very slow. Called Roto-Rooter and they sent Adam out within an hour. He snaked out the drain 4 to 5 times before he was happy ... that it would run properly. he cleaned up all of the mess, and showed me what he had got out of the drain. he was professional, pleasant, and hard working. I am extremely happy with the job, would recommend them to anyone. Jim

AJ is the BEST. He is great at his job. Very polite and goes the extra mile to make sure the problem is fixed. We won't have anyone but him ... come out.

I run the maintenance department for a long term care facility. There are times when we need to call Roto-Rooter. Each and every time they come out and correct the ... problem in a very timely manner. All while taking in to account the needs of our patient population. I have used Roto-Rooter several times over the past few years. I have been very happy each time with the service provided. Once again, I was very pleased ... with my experience with Roto-Rooter. The entire experience was nothing but professional from my initial call to set up an appointment, to the call to notify me that they were on their way. Our plumber Adam was so very polite and professional. He immediately provided me with a quote and continued to inform me as he assessed my issue in the basement. After a few hours of work, Adam was able to fix my problem in the basement. When your sewer pipes back up into your basement it is quite overwhelming, however, my experience with Roto- Rooter made my situation manageable. I will be happy to call Roto- Rooter again when needed.
