Let's start from the appointment. Quick same day appointment. Plumber called 1/2 hour before arriving. Gave estimate and did the job right away. Work was done ... neatly. Plumber cleaned up after and discarded all waist. Five stars plus one and recommend Roto-Rooter. I have more work to be done. Guess who is getting my call.

After our call, to your telephone #, Mr. Cruz was the first person that came to our home to ... inspect the flood condition that was caused by our backup sewer. Afterwards, everything went like clockwork. The plumber came and snake the sewer line, then the water clean-up crew came. They disinfect the area and placed equipment to dry the area. Being that the home is old, we agreed to have the men inspect the line with a camera and found out that there was a problem with the old pipes. We agreed to have them install the pipes. I love the one-stop shop The workers were courteous, friendly and on time. Overall everything was done well and professionally. Bravo!
