Your team contacted me Monday morning ... at 7:30am to let me know they were headed out. Your technician 3951 (my appologies for not asking his name) was professional and completed his work within an hour. Thank you for the great result.

We had just returned from vacation and we had water everywhere. We called the local number listed in the yellow pages and was greeted by a friendly voice who ... was able to get us on the list for the day. The servicemen Matt # 887 called back and said he would be here in an hour. He was true to his word. He came in and went right to work. Our drain was full of roots and debris. He was able to get it open. He cleaned up the mess and was informative and friendly. Our drain took awhile to open, but Matt kept at it never loosing his cool or his professionalism. Great job Matt. I was impressed that they did not charge extra for a Sunday call. I would recommend this company to everyone.

All of the technicians who worked for us were very professional. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were shown video of the sewer pipe both ... before and after the work was done. Excellent service.

Mike was a great help. He communicated throughout the entire process to keep us informed on what he was doing. He did not hesitate to educate us on our pipe ... system and provide suggestions on updates. The problem was fixed as far as we can tell and we will absolutely use root-rooter again in the future!
