Yesterday my husband and I had a positive experience with a young man (Mike H.) from Sioux City's Roto-Rooter. From the minute he walked in our door he was professional ... and efficient in installing our new kitchen faucet. We also had a positive experience when we called Roto-Rooter to make an appointment. The woman who helped us was pleasant and professional also.

Just wanted to thank you for your quick reaction in sending one of your technicians out to tackle my serious plumbing problem just two days before Thanksgiving. I thought I'd ... have to wait for weeks. The young man was polite, experienced and efficient in fixing my plumbing issue that I failed to do fix after multiple tries. All is working fine and I'll be glad to recommend your service to others in need. On a final note, I had no idea as to the extent of your services, thinking it was just about major sewer issues, not realzing your company is full service plumbing.

While getting new flooring put in, we had to shut off the water main coming into the house. When I went to turn the main water valve, the entire valve ... shattered.

I want to congratulate the young man that came to our home to provide the service. My elderly mother was here with him, I work from home and could ... hear them while in my office working. He was so calm and pleasant with her. He explained everything clearly and assured her things would be ok. He offered to help put things back under the sink, etc. It was so nice to hear his professionalism and compassion in the way he handled himself. Kudos!

Very positive and fun to watch work. I'm not sure who came to my house today but they were very nice. They worked with my fiance while I was away ... and they were very polite. Good stuff keep it up!

My husband and I have been dealing with plumbing issues since we moved into our home. We are a family of five and the guys from Roto-Rooter were great with ... working around our family's needs. T.J. has been an exceptional worker and very tedious when it came to start the cleanup process in our basement. I clean houses for my job and like to keep a clean house also, he was very helpful. Chad, Tyler, and Joe were all very kind and worked very hard and continue to do so towards the end of this long hard process. I am very pleased with the excellent customer care we have been receiving.

Today was the forst time I've used this company. I had a clogged basement drain. Orinally I was told they would be out 1st thing in the morning. I ... felt that was acceptable. Within 2 hours I got a call nack saying there was someone in the area if I was available they woild squeze me in. Within 30 minutes of the call my drain was fixed. Excellent customer service. I will definitly call again if needed and recommend these guys!

Excellent job on fixing our sewer problem but not satisfied with the way our yard was left. It's really tore up and clumps of sod in a large pile.
