He was neat and clean in appearance and didn't rush ... us through, he listened to my questions and gave us an answer that we could understand, this is our first home with a septic so I had LOTS of questions and concerns, Victor answered them and put me completely at ease. We have never used Roto Rooter before, however, we will use no other company except Roto Rooter for all our plumbing needs in the future and will highly recommend you to everyone of our friends, strangers and family. We had to call ... them again today and they came back and snaked again at no charge. They advised us to contact a plumber to fix the belly in the pipe. I do not recall the gentleman's name that came to my house this am. He introduced himself but I just forgot. He was very professional and friendly. ... I had several clogs in my sewage line.
