Burlington NJ on 9/8/16--please note extremely hot day temperature 95+ The work was performed by Steve and Steve. They installed a new sewage drain pipe. They showed up on time and they explained what was going to be done and answered all my questions. They were courteous and polite and in my opinion two of the hardest workers any company could ask for. I will continue to utilize Roto- Rooter for my plumbing needs and high recommend them to anyone that I know who has a need for plumbing services to request Steve and Steve. From your initial Rep, who discovered the larger problem, to the four man crew that installed the new pipe system and cleaned-up, afterward, they all were great. The installation ... crew was a personable group that seemed to work well together and explained things as they did the job. They made a bad situation go a lot better in the way they interacted with us.
