JACK FRIED WAS AN EXCELLENT REPAIRMAN, INTELLIGENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ON TIME WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. HE FIXED OUR TANKLESS WATER HEATER WHERE THERE WAS A LARGE LEAK. IN THE PAST ... HE HAS DONE WORK AT MY OFFICE AND ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE HAD NO HOT WATER IN OUR HOME AND I CALLED ROTO ROOTER AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES JACK SHOWED UP TO FIX OUR PROBLEM. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL AS KNOWING HIS WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROTO ROOTER AND I SUGGEST YOU REQUEST JACK FRIED IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING PROBLEM.

Wayne Newsome arrived and stayed all day until the job was DONE! He helped me handle the landlord who was giving me problems when I was trying to get it ... approved for repair. Then, when my dog ran out the front door into the street, he went and got him too. Lastly, he was clean and tidy. Even told me to use antibacterial cleaning supplies after he was done because of the work that had been performed. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber! Great guy :)

He worked very hard to find the problem, getting dirty ... and crawling into a space I never would go. After several attempts he found the clog and FIXED it.
