Our technician, Matt, was very polite, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us apprised at all times no matter if he had some difficulty with the job or had ... to go get parts in his truck or at the store. He apologized when he had to make some drilling noise which was no problem at all. He was very conscientious and cleaned up his entire area that he worked in. Matt was truly a joy to have work on our project. It is difficult these days to find such a pleasant service person; he is an asset to Roto-Rooter.
