I had a backed up shower that resulted in leaks in my neighbors condo below me and also in my garage. The plumber Mark came out with a camera to ... identify the leak. He was extremely professional and very polite, after extensive effort he was able to identify exactly where the drain was blocked by roots near my driveway outside. He immediately called your evacuation group who came out that night and corrected the problem. The group was lead by Darryl with Hassan and David. All were extremely efficient and assured the break was completely repaired. Darryl also made the best of a difficult situation and was upbeat throughout the entire difficult situation in the cold late at night. It was obvious that Darryl was respected by his team. While they were there, the restoration team of Mario and Angel came and started to remove the water damaged material immediately. They were very respectful or our property and worked until 10:45PM that night to make sure all the water soaked material was removed, completely clean up and started to dry out the affected area. I would like to highly commend all the workers who came out that showed a very positive polite attitude.

We weren’t able to have the replacement of our water heaters done on a Friday but since he knew what we needed we requested him for Saturday ... morning and He got what we needed at Ferguson’s and showed up and did the job til it was done including some code upgrades. He did a great job and answered all our questions. He said has been at Roto rooter for a long time and he was efficient, professional and just a very nice man. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him do any of our plumbing going forward. The customer service person I worked with to make appointment for Saturday was so nice as well. I called Roto Rooter on Thursday 10/17/19, it was time for the tree roots to disappear from my main line. I called them in the morning and they were there ... by 1:00. Micah showed up and was very professional explaining exactly what he would be doing. He was friendly and did a superior job. Overall I am very happy with my service from Roto Rooter, and probably in a year or so I will call them again for those pain in the butt tree roots. Good job Micah, You Rock!

I was sent an email at 7:41 am that service would be between 7:45 and 8:45. The number given on website made it look like the technician would be coming ... from the Heber area. After a number of phone calls the technician came at 11:30 and stayed till 1:30pm. We had to reschedule an appoint we had for 1pm to 2 pm, and were lucky that the other party went with new timing. We were also charged $405 for two hours of work. I think that was a bit excessive and we better not have been charged for travel time.
