We contacted Roto-Rooter for a very non traditional reason. We are an electrical contractor and we needed help clearing a conduit which was damaged by a backhoe. Ted came out ... and immediately jumped on it. When we determined the conduit was too long for his snake, he called backup. 2 more trucks showed up to add their snake lengths and helped us clear the conduit. We then attached our pull string to the snake and were able to successfully re-establish power for our customer. The whole crew stuck in there for the whole day and worked hard to help us finish the job. Thanks!!

All three of the technicians were very friendly and professional. I was told by dispatch they would arrive between eight and nine and when they didn’t show up I called ... & they said it would be closer to noon. The tech did not get here until 230 so I waited most of the day.

Oliver came to check my hotwater heater told me it looked good. He walked outside and noticed my outside pipes were bad and my only shutoff valve was corrosion and ... would not work if I had an emergency. Good call he put on all new pipes and shut off valve. Anthony was great - very good plumber - knew exactly what to do and then some. I was on my way home from a trip and he had to ... deal with my hard-of-hearing cranky 87 year old father, lol, and he was awesome. When I arrived home, he was almost finished repairing my toilet (the internal guts had given out and needed to be replaced). He was chipper, had good manners and ensured that the toilet was operating and not leaking several times prior to finishing. Once he was finished and had left, I went into the bathroom to find no mess at all! I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again and would definitely ask for Anthony!
