My experience with dispatch was ok. I did have to call back because I didn’t hear back. However, they were able to schedule me for same-day emergency service and come ... handle our problem or faster than expected. The service technicians were all very friendly, and did a great job immediate follow up and estimates for future work. I was very impressed as a contractor.
