I received a call this morning and was told the technician would arrive in about 45 minutes. Noah was right on time. He had to replace a Moen ... cartridge from the shower faucet which has been there since we purchsed the house in 1983. He had a little trouble because of the age, he worked hard and completed the job and I'm thrilled. I even got a new shower head. This is the first time I've hired Roto-Rooter and I highly recomment them. Noah was very professional and personable he is a great asset to the company.
