We needed help and called Roto-Rooter. Scott Brown came out on Sunday to help us figure out what the issue was. He was unable to fix it without ... a Water Jet to remove the plug from the toilet. He came back first thing the next day and got it cleared for us. He then assisted us with contacting the right staff to do clean-up because of all the water damage. We now have a basement that no longer smells like sewage, and a new clean out in our front yard. Thanks to all the great guys that helped with the clean up and the crew that has worked so diligently to make an access point out front. Roto-Rooter will always be the one to call.
