Excellent service. I had a clogged toilet 8/31/2017, about 9 pm. The service was very fast and excellent, from the phone people and the technician. No extra charge for ... emergency evening. A local plumbing company, Frank and Lindy, told me the emergency fee alone would be over $200 plus the charge for the actual service, and Frank and Lindy never even called back to say if they could come or not. So, I called Roto-Rooter. The entire Roto-Rooter charge was $240. Kyle was very efficient, quick, clean, respectful, and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely rely on Roto-Rooter.

The response was quick and curtious, Elvin was very neat and clean, he explained the problem, took care of it, and guaranteed it for six months. Overall it was a ... pleasant experience and although I hope I never need them again, I would recommend and I would request Elvin!!

I emailed Roto-Rooter at 11am and asked for service for the same day in the afternoon. They replied right away. I was given a window time between 12 ... and 2pm. I received a call from the company stating someone would arrive very shortly (within 30 min). A respectable, friendly gentleman arrived by 2pm. The plumbing problem was fixed in a reasonable time. I could not be more pleased with the service!!
