Shane did a fabulous job checking out our drain problems from the toilets. He also did a great job of explaining why things were not working and how he managed ... to fix it. His attitude and his customer service are first rate. He definitely deserves and raise! Maybe even train other plumbers at some point.

Commercial issue with a clogged drain- first tech who came out was unsuccessful but the one that came today got us back up and functioning.

I had a bathroom sink clogged and I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out that day within two hours. It was great, the guy accessed what he needed to ... do, gave me the quotes, I approved and he went to work. He was really a nice guy and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
