Darbey was very polite and professional. He was scheduled on the same day we requested service for a drain back up. He covered his shoes with booties ... so he would not track anything on our carpet or floor. He cleaned up the area after he finished the job. He was able to clear our drain after another plumbing company said they could not clear it and would not return our money for a job their did not complete. I learned my lesson. Stick to Roto Rooter and don't try any other plumbing company who says they can do the job cheaper. We have used Roto Rooter for 20 years and we will continue to use them.

Technicians were courteous and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They job was only supposed to take a couple hours, but they stayed longer to ... take care of the problem.
