Had a horrible toilet issue on a Saturday!!! Called Roto-Rooter and Matt was at my home within the hour! Matt was professional and courteous! I have a curious 3 year ... old grandson who loves to flush the toilet... needless to say, I have Roto- Rooter's number on speed dial!

Recoa worked very hard to clear my sewer drain from my clear out in front of my house. He was very respectful.

I had drain problems and scheduled an online appointment for Monday. Russell L. came out to my house on Monday morning. He was professional and friendly, and performed a very ... thorough diagnosis to figure out exactly where the problem was. It was badly clogged, but with persistence and determination, he was able to clear it and get the water draining freely. He also cleaned up after himself before leaving. We had a sewage back up and called on a Sunday morning and Russell L. called within 15 minutes and was at my home within the hour. The problem ... was resolved without any damage to our basement. He was very professional and explained everything to us. We would call for him again should any need arise.

Their experience ... allows proper assessment of the problem, and they explain it well. With an older home, they help keep things running.

Hi, I want to express my gratitude to your Roto Rooter Staff, specifically, Adam D., Ms. Bocher (sp), & Rich. Adam worked very hard to fix my sewer problem. ... He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he went along. When he had cabled the line, he wasn't finding anything, call of duty Ms. Bocher was more interested in getting my sewer open than she was making more money off of me. which I greatly appreciate. The problem ended up being the City of Toledo's issue, so I wanted to thank Rich for getting them out so quickly. If I had called, I would probably still be waiting. We called because our 2yo flushed a wedding ring down the toilet. Using a camera and a hook mr. Hilkens was able to recover our ${esc.dollar}3500 ring! Awesome job!
