Matt did an amazing job! I had another company initially do some work but the same problem came back with no flow in that toilet. Matt came and fixed the ... problem. He was very informative and competent. He knew exactly what he was doing and resolved the toilet clog in a timely fashion. The toilet works better than ever. It was the day after the Thanksgiving Holiday so I expected many delays. The service tech arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and ... knowledgeable. It took some time, due to a main line clog with tree roots, He kept me informed of the progress and once cleared let me know. He returned the following Monday with camera equipment to be sure there were no breaks in the line. Thankfully there were none. He could have told me anything but he was very honest and a very nice young man. Thank you "Rooter Router" for having such great employees.

He was kind and patient, and I think it was just great that your service extends beyond what the guys do with their hands. They are very knowledgeable and have integrity.
