The two guys that where here did a great job.... they where VERY professional and worked well together. I received great information and advise. NOW I can relax ... and not worry about the problems. They suggested what to do to keep any future problems away... THANKS GUYS!!

The gentleman was very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue and explained what he had done. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

Both Gentlemen did a fantastic job. They did the camera work in the morning came back in the afternoon to fix the problem. Excellent work by both of them.

The technician did his job. There was another appointment for the camera gentleman to come out on Monday 9/4/17 at 9:30am no one showed. No call, I then called at ... 10:00 and 1:00 to no avail. They came out fast to do the job at first but no follow up which in my eyes does not fit well with me for a well known company.

Today we had roto-rooter out to our home due to a clogged toliet and bathtub. I would like to say that the serviceman that came named Burmin was courteous and ... very attentive to finding a solution to our problem. He did not give up till the job was done by the way it was a very messy job. Despite the mess he maintained his friendly attitude. Just want to say thanks so much Burmin for fixing our problem your awesome. And thanks roto-rooter!!!

Over the weekend we were out and on Monday we came back and saw that our toilets were clogged and one of them backed up really bad. We were in ... a bind... we called a local plumber and he was too busy to come and then we looked up Roto Rooter and they came within the hour! The job was done before I was done cleaning and everything is working great! They guaranteed the service and even left me with some plumbing solution to help my pipes for no extra charge! I'm always calling Roto Rooters first from now on!
