Technician Jacob #4534 and his assistant Xena, were knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. They fixed the plumbing problems at my house and left the work area clean.

As always, Roto Rooter was prompt to reply to address my problem. The tech, Josue, #3607 came w/Dispatcher, Lataisa, came in the evening to diagnose the reason for the water ... leakage in my lower hallway. The source of the leak was found today when Roto Rooter rep, William, #517, came and found the leak behind my water conditioner. He advised me to shut off the water supply to the w.conditioner, & call my water conditioner rep. which I have done, because only they can fix the leak. Even another Roth Rooter called me this AM, Jason, he wanted to know if everything was being taken care of. I appreciate ALL of the personal effort made by EACH Roto Rooter representative. They will always be my first call for this kind of service.

Service techs arrived promptly, plumbers who name I didn't get explained the problem and fixed it. the water restoration person Eric Vest explained the process and what would happen when ... that crew came later in the day. the water restoration techs Brent 4707 and nick 4835 spent considerable time setting up the dryers and other equipment and explained what would occur in the process. overall excellent service for rather big problem.

This is the second time I required the services of Roto Rooter. They did such a great job before, that I had to call them again. I generally get 3 ... estimates, but his quote was very reasonable. No need to call anyone else. His work was excellent, clean and efficient. Our serviceman, Mal, replaced a couple of sections of pipe, as well as 2 shut off valves that were corroded. If I had another need, Roto Rooter would be my first call.

I called 3 other companies that advertised having 24/7 service but ... in the end only Roto-Rooter said they would come to check out my standing water problem.
