WOW! Technician Ron showed up promptly and ready to solve our problem. Our sewer line was backing up into the bathtub probable cause was tree roots. Ron was a true ... professional and knew how to use his commercial grade equipment to it's maximum ability. He was able to get our drains to work so we could at least use the toilet & shower. Ron than checked the pipe with his "high tech" camera and locator. We live in a older part of Seattle with lots of trees & older plumbing. We still need to upgrade our sewer line from the house to the main which Ron explained and proved by letting me stand by to see what was going on. The excavation team arrived on time, was extremely helpful in explaining the scope of work, careful to protect our stucco home, piled dirt on a plastic foil, placed the cleaner ... appropriately and then, very importantly, cleaned carefully following filling in the area of excavation. In short, the Roto-Rooter Team did an excellent job. If we need further work of this nature, they will be the first folks that we call.
