After a 3 week vacation, we came home to major plumbing problems. After price checking different companies, we called Roto-Rooter, in Rockford, IL. Technician Chris, answered our request for services. ... Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and conscious about his impact on our home. We were very impressed with his professionalism and grateful for his help in solving our problem, along with a little education for preventative maintenance. Roto-Rooter took care of our problem; gave us a 6 month guarantee and sent us a qualified technician. Overall a good experience to an unpleasant situation.

Very little communication, before and after service. They left the yard completely torn up. I am the son of Bill and Lydia Lippmann they are 87 years old. ... My father and I have been heavy equipment operators for a combined total of over 100 years , we know how a job should be left. Belive me I would be embarrassed and ashamed to leave a yard in a such a shambles. I have pictures, if you would like to see it. We need it to be fixed please.
