I've worked with the Jacksonville Branch since October 2019.
Do you have pets?
Yep! I have three cats.
Favorite pet rescue experience?
My first was this past week - I was able to save a 1.5 month old stray kitten that had somehow become trapped in the shower pan of a master bath shower. I had to go through the customer's crawlspace to recover the kitten.
Craziest item/animal you’ve found in a drain?
Definitely the cat I mentioned above!
