I was experiencing a bad clog in my kitchen sink drain. We scheduled service through American Water and they sent out Aaron. Let me start by saying Aaron ... is absolutely AMAZING! Not only did he work diligently to restore flow, but he was extremely personable and very professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends for their plumbing needs!

Jack from Roto Rooter called before he arrived. It was dark out ,raining and misty. Jack introduced himself and promptly got to work and worked diligently through the entire job. ... No employee of any service could have been more friendly, courteous, and respectful. He stayed focused on the job which had problems he had to overcome. Despite having an outside clean out, Jack also had to work inside the house to finish the job. He cared that he made as little a mess as possible, and when finished he had rags and cleaning solution to clean up everything.

the men were nice and friendly came in looked to see what the problem was and got to work cleaned tree roots out of the main drain and all was ... good. So glad I called them it was not too expensive either
