My washer drain tube was backing up into my cellar. Your company helped me 10 years ago so I called you again. Kelly was extremely helpful and got me an ... appointment the same day. Robert showed up and was FANTASTIC. With his experience, he quickly diagnosed the problem to be in a pipe IN MY CELLAR, not in the main pipe to the street. HE worked diligently until he unclogged the pipe. To be complete, he ran water down the washer drain tube AND THE WATER BACKED UP AGAIN!! WHAT?? He found a 2nd clog at the base of the washer tube. To be sure he cleared all the unexpected clogs, he ran his snake out to the street. ALL FIXED NOW!! What a fantastic, polite, experienced worker. He's a definite asset to your company. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Roto-Rooter. THANK YOU!!!
