Your service man Don was polite, professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clean (water jetting my field drain.) He ... took the time to explained what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. After he was done he recommended the root ex to help kill the root ends that may have been left in the drain tile. In fact he took the time to help me to put the root ex in my drain. When he was finished he ask if I was satisfied with his work and asked if there were any questions he could answer for me. Before he left he thanked me for using root rooter.
