I have always been impressed with Roto Rooter. We never call anyone else for our plumbing issues. We had not had an issue in four years, yet they still ... had us in their system. They came to our house within an hour and a half and the drained cleared within a half hour. Everyone was polite from the person on the phone to the service person, Michael, who helped us. We are very grateful for your prompt response in unclogging our bath tub drain.

Had you come for preventative maintainence because some drains were slow, and smelly. They found lots of scale that needs cleaned out, so I'm glad I prevented a much bigger ... problem in the future
