We had a huge pipe/pluming issue last Saturday afternoon at our day spa, and we were a able to have Tom from Roto Rooter come out on Sunday morning ... to figure out what the problem was. Unfortunately the problem was NOT a simple back up in the system that would require a quick snake and flush. We had sagging cast iron pipes underneath the 25 year old building that we rent from. Tom was extremely diligent in trying to figure out the issue, and made sure that he was actually SHOWING our landlord where the issue was. Tom was thorough, professional and respectful of our brand newly built spa. We would definitely call Roto Rooter again and ask for Tom personally. He was just awesome.
