Your technician was VERYBUSY, checking my sump pumps, cleaning them(2), snaking the discharge pipes, checking the strength of the water's flow into the storm drain, and the pipes ... from the catch basin in front of the garage, to the well, and cutting PVC pipes and patching them for easy access, next time the discharge pipes need snaking, to unblock them so that my garage wouldn't get flooded.
