Both technicians went above and beyond to correct our plumbing situacion where several lines were clogged.

We had a major leak in a second-story bathroom in our home, with water pouring out of a lighting fixture on the first floor (and, as we later found out, ... pooling above the ceiling and behind the wall). Roto Rooter sent a tech to diagnose the problem through thermal imaging within two hours, and sent a plumber and remediation team the next day (which was on a weekend). I especially appreciated that when the dispatcher originally tried to cancel the plumbing appointment due to vehicle difficulties and sickness on the plumbing team, the remediation team and the plumbing supervisor himself intervened and made a house call -- on a Saturday -- to avoid the water sitting in areas where mold could develop. They worked well with our home insurer, too, to document our claim. The level of customer service and attention to detail was remarkable. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the plumbing and remediation teams for taking such pride in your work.

Darrel, Chris and Kevin were great all the times that they came out to take care the water damage and mold that was found in my home. Very courteous hard working professional man I will be using Roto Rooter in the future. I only wish he had told me in advance the snake may scratch ... my toilet bowl that left a permanent rust stain in the bottom of the bowl which makes the bowl look dirty. But I still give the plumber 5 stars.
