The technician did a great job. He solved the problem and did it well and cleaned up afterwards. He was courteous and professional.

Did a great job. It took a while to get to the plugged area but he patiently worked through the problems and cleared the drain. Especially difficult because of ... the heat and it being a Friday afternoon.

The issue here was a clogged perimeter drain that had backed up in the basement. The plumber who was on the job had cleared this issue two years ago. He arrived, ... went right to work and in approximately 20-30 minutes had resolved the problem. He even then assisted me with an issue (laying a mat under a very heavy treadmill) so that was another item solved. We very grateful for both and tried to figure a way to reward his great service (other than paying the bill of course) and this would appear to be it. Great experience for sure.

March 2017, frozen ground and SEPTIC LINE BACKUP INTO RENTAL PROPERTY!!!! Needed emergency RotoRooter service. Looked for local company online. Manchester office returned my call immediately, came out promptly and ... cleared the line. Technician Pete showed me the MASS of flushable wipes caught on roots growing into septic line. Pete suggested that I locate the clean-out access to the septic line underground and remove the roots, once the ground had thawed in the summer. ( I did not do this follow-up........) August 2017, 1pm SEPTIC LINE BACK UP AGAIN IN RENTAL PROPERTY, MORE FLUSHABLE WIPES!!! Called RotoRooter, but they were totally booked for the entire day. This would not wait until tomorrow. Tenants without water!! Service tech Leo asks Pete if he would make a service call ON HIS DAY OFF (Pete has to arrange babysitting for his child). Pete was AMAZING!!! He INSISTED he was going to solve this septic line clog today, and get back in time for his child's dinner. Working with my neighbor who offered help with his excavator, the access to the septic line clean-out was located, Pete had the ROOT MASS & FLUSHABLE WIPES cleared with a shovel in 30 minutes!! I have NEVER SEEN SUCH COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pete is AMAZING!!!

In all our years in this house, and the 40 years we have finally had city sewer line on this street, we have had issues with clogs and ... backups requiring snaking. This was the best plumber ever! Polite, knowledgeable, considerate, neat as a pin technician. A+++ to the team from first call to end of work.

First, I must thank you for getting help to me in an extremely short time...same day or next day!! I've been waiting two months for my other plumber to ... get beyond just giving me excuses over the phone was to why he can't get here. I have had several visits from Roto Rooter to snake out my pipes and then I had the mini-jet, with those couple visits, I had two water restoration visits to sanitize the ground and the sinks that had backed up sewage. The mini-jetting showed some scaling and since I want to put my house on the market, I then requested a camera be snaked through my pipes to ensure everything was okay. Thank goodness everything looked good. and now I have the proof for the next owner that everything is cleaned out. Every single one of the techs I had the pleasure of meeting were courteous, extremely kind, and very professional. They all took my fears of having to replace old cast iron pipes to heart and did their best to help keep me calm. To Tyler, Claude, Matty, and Alan, my hats off to you gentlemen. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter to family and friends and I will call them with all my plumbing needs from now on.
