Being a disabled senior, I appreciated his expert knowledge on what needed to be done and his care in making sure everything was cleaned up before he left. You are lucky to have such a great employee... Super guy!!

Jay #1057 came to help me with what turned out to be a sewer line clog. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going ... to do and then did it. He worked continuously on my problem and did a lovely job cleaning up after he was done. I would happily have Jay come back if I needed a plumber.

Roto-Rooter came out to my house on September 28th it took 4 hours. The technician was not properly trained. On October 29th they sent out a competent Roto-Rooter technician and ... plumber fixed the clog I was very happy with the job performance. The difference between technicians was night and day. Howard was out standing. He also educated me on and a few things too.

I have used roto rooter quite a few times for a root problem in my sewer line. My recent service date was on labor day 07sep2015. Field Supervisor Silvano Hernandez ... was the servicer. Not only was he in a very positive sprit for working on a holiday but he was right on time. He was able to fix the problem as was done in the past by roto rooter. But what was a life saver is that he went the extra mile and found that the main sewer line for the city was backed up. Because of the extra effort he put in ended up saving me tons of damage that could of been caused by the back up. When the city came out the next day to fix the problem they told me that roto rooter saved me a ton of problems. Thanks Silvano Hernandex.

Tree roots caused my main water line and pipes to be clogged.This caused backup and waste to come up the laundry drain. I called Roto-Rooter and Andre(#8971) was prompt, professional ... and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue and fixed it in less than two hours. I appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
