Outstanding Job. Mike arrived, in 90 degree heat, and immediately went to work and he worked for hours to clear the outside drains on my home. He was ... always positive, even took the time to explain what he would be doing and then always explaining again when he got the results he was hoping for. I was concerned about the heat and he was flushed but keep on working. I finally ordered him to come into the air conditioning in my home made him and drink some water. It was a long day. Received a new refrigerator for my dad. My mom passed away in May and it was time to get a new one with an ... ice and water maker. Had another refrigerator in the basement to get clean out and get rid of. Swapped the old refrigerator in the kitchen with the one in the basement and had that one taken away. I spent hours cleaning out glass jars and plastic bottles of old, outdated food products. I used the garbage disposal with running water. When I finished in the kitchen I went into the basement and found water on the cement surrounding the floor drain. I tried using a 3/8” snake to clean out the sewer pipe. Then I used water pressure and a sheet to try and force the clog open. No luck. I finally tried air pressure from a compressor and sheet to force the clog open. My next step was to call Roto Rooter. No hesitation. The name precedes itself. First time ever needing this service. The technician was so knowledgeable and professional. It took some time, but the obstruction was finally removed. First time in 42 years this needed to be done. Now I ordered a camera to check the line. Don’t want to have anymore problems. I have too many other things to do. Thanks for your help. What a day!!!!

My water heater failed on July 4th. I called at 7am on July 5th and had a scheduled appointment that morning. They were very busy and still managed ... to fit me in. Marwan came as scheduled. He did a suberb job installing the water heater. He is a perfectionist with his work and it shows. He made sure the installation was even better than before. He is such a professional.
