Our insurance company failed to inform their go to provider for plumbing and water restoration services at the time of the water leak we experienced and reported immediately. When ... no one had called back that evening (they promised us a 2 hour call back time) by morning we called again. Their provider stated they could not come out till the following day so we opted to call Roto-Router as we knew they had been around for ever. The difference was amazing. They agreed to send out a team and plumber (Ronald) as soon as possible and kept us updated throughout. The communication was fantastic. When the different members of the team arrived they were sympathetic, courteous and extremely professional explaining exactly what they were doing and any next steps. A special thank you to Garrett the Field Supervisor who coordinated everything. This was a huge weight off our shoulders as we are due to close on the house in the next few days. So thank you Roto-Rooter. I felt you went above and beyond, but actually that is the level of service you deliver consistently. I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending your services.
